1 1. Nature of Service
Our platform is an intermediary that provides real testers to test apps according to Google Play requirements (12 testers for 14 days). We only provide "closed testing" service.
2 2. Responsibility for Google's Decisions
Google Play is an independent entity with full authority to accept or reject any app based on its own policies. Using our service does not guarantee automatic acceptance in the store, as acceptance depends on the quality of the app, its content, and its compliance with Google's technical and legal policies.
3 3. Account or App Suspension
We bear no responsibility for the suspension of the developer's account or removal of the app from the store for any reason, including but not limited to: policy violations, intellectual property rights, harmful content, or any other technical issues related to the app's construction. Our role ends with providing test reports and tester engagement.
4 4. Success Rate
The success rate we advertise (90%) is based on previous experiences with apps that comply with Google's policies. The 10% failure rate is often due to errors in the app's code or content violations unrelated to the testing process.
5 5. Retest
We offer only one retest opportunity if the rejection is due to "insufficient testing" and subject to management approval after reviewing the reasons. Any other reasons for rejection do not obligate us to provide the service again or refund the amounts paid.
